Through a combination of music, movement, and meditative stillness, Divine Motion offers you the opportunity to release stress, have fun and reconnect with your essence.

The practice invites you to let go of all effort and align yourself with the rhythm of life that is moving you. As you remember how to deeply listen and surrender to the divine motion that is flowing through you, you align with life itself. Naturally deep healing, transformation and awakening occur.

While the music ranges from stillness to trance, you will be guided to deeply honour your body in each moment so there is no particular level of fitness or experience required.

Julia holds a safe and sacred space for you to release, renew and reconnect with your authentic expression, your radiance and your freedom.

How many times have you heard that happiness lies within and yet still find yourself rearranging your external world in hopes of creating a more joy-filled life? With years (in most cases a lifetime or more) of looking outside of ourselves for something or someone to make us happy, this is a habit that, although probably doesn't bring the desired result for long, keeps us in its grip.

The remedy? Actually stopping and discovering the treasure trove that lies inside of yourself.
Divine Motion offers a nurturing, fun and uplifting way to discover your inner bliss.


WHAT IS IT?

Divine Motion blends world music, dance, authentic movement and meditation to move you out of the mind and into connection with your essence. This practice suports you to remember through the body as well as the mind, what it is to live life in the flow; the place of least effort and maximum effect.

The movement is totally free, with a focus on discovering where your body wants to take you in each moment. Whilst releasing stress you will learn to follow your body's wisdom and reconnect to your intuitive and creative self.


THE BENEFITS

This is a nourishing and empowering journey that culitvates self love and acceptance. Beautifully put by one participant, "Divine Motion helped me to find the good person that is inside me." WHO'S IT FOR?

People of all different levels of experience ranging from the self proclaimed 'awkward male' to the long time healer and dance teacher have benefitted from this work. There is no experience needed. This is for anyone wanting to unwind, to let go and reconnect with their inner light.
