“You don’t live your life... life lives you. Life is the dancer and you are the dance”

Eckhart Tolle

Dear Friend,

This is a beautiful quote from Eckhart Tolle, but how does it translate into your life?

Can you remember a time when something wonderful occured in your life that seemed to happen without your doing? That was life living you and you allowing yourself to be danced by life.

When you let go of your agendas and open to what life wants to bring, amazing things happen. Take a look at the magnificence that is created by this force that is life... the metallic beatle, the peackock’s feathers, the awe-inspiring landscape of Sedona. What magnificence might your life be if you let go of the illusion that you are orchestrating your life and instead let this force dance you?

Starting April 14th in Bondi, I am excited to offer you a space to open more deeply into this living surrender. I will be sharing the practice of Dancing Freedom with you: a powerful dance in which to explore your fears, edges and blocks, and move into living freedom, joy and oneness.

Join me in this embodied exploration of what it is to be danced by life... check out Dancing Freedom Saturday Sessions.

I am also offering soul centred healing and mind body counselling sessions if you feel you would like personal support. This is a time of great change and potential expansion. The more you choose to step into the changes that life is calling you to, the more exquisite your experience of life will be. I would be honoured to walk with you on your journey.

Sending you much love and many blessings for your life,

Julia

NATURE SPEAKS

I am currently blessed to be exploring the awesome landscape of Sedona, Arizona. The desert here is buzzing with energy and filled with towering red rocks, canyons and mountain ridges.

This is a place that makes you know that the earth is alive. It is easy here to see and hear the spirits of the land.

Can you see the native american indian face peering out of this rock? He seems to be watching over the magical Fay Canyon that lies below.

Where ever you find yourself the rocks, the trees, the earth and the animals have something to offer you. In my experience opening into connection with them brings an internal nourishment that we are all hungry for.

You might want to explore this for yourself. It’s easy. Find something in your natural environment to connect to. Or choose one of the objects in the images on this newsletter. Drop into your heart centre and simply be with your object of focus without expectation. Just open and receive. If it feels right you may want to ask for guidance or help with something.
