Yoga nidra is a guided relaxation practice that has many health benefits primarily because of it’s capacity to help release long held stress from a cellular level.
This practice unwinds blockages from the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of your being so that you can experience more of the natural peace and joy that is your essential nature.
It also brings the opportunity for a deeper experience of meditation and a better night’s sleep.
Each session begins with a short breath practice to clear the mind. The majority of the session is spent lying down with blankets and bolsters for a guided meditation. Best not to eat too much before the practice but don't come hungry either!
