In this 90 minute all level yoga session Julia takes you on a journey out of the habits of worry and stress back home to the love and joy that is your essential nature.
Reconnect to and realign your body, mind, heart and soul through awakening movements (asana), healing breath practices (asana), sivasana lullaby and calming meditation.
These sessions are designed to leave you feeling balanced, peaceful, awake and more connected to the wisdom and sweetness of your heart.

Yoga nidra is a guided relaxation practice that has many health benefits primarily because of it’s capacity to help release long held stress from a cellular level.
This practice unwinds blockages from the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of your being so that you can experience more of the natural peace and joy that is your essential nature.
It also brings the opportunity for a deeper experience of meditation and a better night’s sleep.
Each session begins with a short breath practice to clear the mind. The majority of the session is spent lying down with blankets and bolsters for a guided meditation. Best not to eat too much before the practice.

Julia’s love affair with yoga began over 25 years ago.
Now an E-RYT 500 yoga alliance registered teacher, she brings a depth and wisdom that is the fruit of her wide explorations, not only as a yogini, but also as a dancer, healer and kirtan musician.
Inspired by her primary teachers Saul David Raye, Kira Ryder and Yogrishi Vishvketu (Akhanda Yoga), Julia offers a heart-centered, widely accessible, hatha practice infused with classical kundalini teachings from the Nath lineage.
Her classes take you on a journey through breath, movement, sound and meditation, that will both relax and enliven your whole self.
With an emphasis on inner listening Julia gently guides you to release stress, awaken greater harmony and balance on all levels, and let the mind come home to rest in the unchanging peace of your innermost being.
