Anando Ham : I Am Bliss : 7 week yoga series

Reconnect with your inherent joy and wellbeing in this 7 week online yoga asana and pranayama series.

Through a combination of movement, breath and meditation you will be supported to tap into the natural bliss of your being. 

With an emphasis on pranayama techniques this series offers the opportunity to explore and discover the power of the breath to clear and release stuck emotions and old habits of thinking so that the heart can shine.

Through the 7 weeks we will develop an understanding of subtle energies and practices through exploration of the bandhas and 5 pranas. 

Bring balance to all levels of your being from the physical to mental, emotional and spiritual so that you can navigate these extraordinary times and remain centered, balanced and uplifted in your daily life. 

For best results take the full series! Drop ins are also welcome.
