Enjoy the deepest levels of rest and reset your nervous system in this delicious 2 hour session with Julia Berkeley.

Through very gentle movement, breath and a long relaxation process known as yoga nidra you will be guided into a level of rest that allows your system to start to heal and repair, releasing stress and tiredness that you may have been holding onto for a long time.

This practice will support you to feel deeply nourished, centered, happier and healthier on all levels.

BRING:

• an fairly empty stomach! Try to eat a little earlier in the day if possible so you are not using energy to digest during the practice.

• an eye pillow or piece of material to cover your eyes can be helpful
